2. Instruction: 

ISTRUCTIONS FOR MULTI-LOAD GREASE GUN 
FOLLOW THERSS STEPS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS GUN 

CARTRIDGE LOADING 
Unscrew gun head from empty barrel 
Draw back handle fully so that notch in rod can be locked into slot in cap 
Remove slip over cap from new grease cartridge. Smooth out inside edge of cartridge if it is deformed. 
Insert open end of cartridge into grease barrel. Pus all the way in. Remove the seal end from the cartridge. 
Screw on head about fwo turns but did not tighten. 
Disengage plunger rod from its locked position and push in. 

IMPORTANT The rod will stick out part way if the plunger had not entered the cartridge. 
Push on plunger rod handle to force plunger into cartridge. Pump lever rod handle at the same time to expel air. Tighten head to barrel when grease comes through vent in gun head. 

B. LOADING WITH DISPENSER 
Remove plug form hole in head cap and insert gun filter valve. Make sure is the type that fits the adapter on the pump. 
Couple the filter valve to the adapter by pushing it in and rotating slightly. 
Hold the gun firmly to the pump and operate the pump handle. 
As the grease is pumped into the gun barrel, the plunger handle will be extended Watch carefully, and when the grppve in the rod becomes visible, the gun is full. 

Note: Always remove used cartridge from gun when bulk filling. 
BULIKNG LOADIN 
Remove the gun head from the container tube 
Draw back the plunger handle entirely. Fill bulk grease into empty container tube. 
Reassemble the gun bead to the container tube. Press the catch plate and relaease the piston rod. Pull down the plunger handle
